1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
The 14-day period begins from the moment the product is physically received by you or a third party indicated by you.
2. Return Procedure
The customer fills out the return form on the website.
After submitting the form, the customer is responsible for returning the goods to the address provided above. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal from the contract.
The store refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund includes the cost of the product and the standard delivery fee.
Funds will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless agreed otherwise (at no additional cost to you).
3. Customer Obligations
The customer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from notifying the withdrawal from the contract.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
